Welcome to Pallet Homes. By booking and staying at our property, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
Reservations: Bookings are confirmed only after full payment or as per agreed deposit terms.
Payment Methods: We accept payments through the website ( Credit Card, Gcash, etc.), Facebook ( via gcash ).
Rates and Taxes: Prices are listed per night and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes and fees, unless otherwise stated.
Check-In Time: 3:00 PM
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM – 12:00 NN ( depending on the location, see booking confirmation )
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional fees.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations: Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable.
No-Shows: No-shows are charged the full booking amount.
Refunds: Any refund, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days.

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
Pets: Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved.
Noise: Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Excessive noise may lead to eviction without refund.
Events or Parties: Hosting parties or events without prior approval is not allowed.
Guests are responsible for any loss, damage, or breakage caused during their stay. The cost will be deducted from the deposit or billed separately.
Keep the property clean and tidy.
Follow all safety guidelines, including proper use of appliances and amenities.
Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.
Pallet Homes is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property during the stay.
Guests agree to use all amenities (e.g., pool, kitchen, etc.) at their own risk.
We are not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions).
Your personal information is collected solely for booking and communication purposes, in line with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Philippines.
